I was trained at the hotel school of Thonon-Les-Bains and I worked as a cooking chef during 18 years in gastronomic restaurants.
In 2003, I create my own concept of cooking at home under the name "toque à domicile". A project I develop working in parrallel as a chef in finest regions’s restaurants.
Being a dynamic man, wanted to meet people to share my passion, I naturally create my own professionnal carreer in 2009.
I then devoted myself entirely to home cooking in order to share my passion with as many people as possible. "La Toque à domicile" becomes "Toquadom"
Each month, I organize cooking workshop at Jean Martin’s kitchen . I’m waiting for you to realise and create together many innovatives and delicious recipes. The opportunity to become a budding chef!
